{"id":1209,"date":"2011-02-08T22:07:31","date_gmt":"2011-02-08T22:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.randybaldwin.com\/family\/?p=1209"},"modified":"2011-02-15T22:20:31","modified_gmt":"2011-02-15T22:20:31","slug":"bunch-of-random-thoughts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.randybaldwin.com\/family\/2011\/02\/bunch-of-random-thoughts\/","title":{"rendered":"Bunch of random thoughts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry for such a long delay between posts.\u00a0 I have all these thoughts pop into my head during the day, and never manage to make it to post it on the blog.\u00a0 Consequently this is just a random mess of thoughts \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>To continue comparing my children&#8230;Alison is much harder than Reed was as a newborn.\u00a0 (Let&#8217;s hope this means she will be an easier toddler!)\u00a0 The first 2 or 3 weeks were pretty normal but lately her sleep habits have gotten terrible&#8230;and I am grumpy as a result.\u00a0 All of you warned me that have a cuddly baby was a bad thing and you are right!\u00a0 She only wants to go to sleep in my arms.\u00a0 Sometimes I don&#8217;t want to sit on the couch and hold a baby ALL day.\u00a0 I&#8217;m good with it for most of the day, but not all.\u00a0 As a result of her cuddliness I haven&#8217;t been working out like I need to and I haven&#8217;t lost a single pound since day 5 postpartum.\u00a0 (On day 5 I had lost 20 pounds and I haven&#8217;t lost another ounce since!)
