The expression on her face was pure disbelief, and I had to convince her that we were actually in the WRONG check-in line.   The one for first class passengers was much smaller and she made a comment about how nice it would be to have such a short line&#8230;then I caught her completely off-guard when I said that we SHOULD actually be there!
